Ross Cameron is Co‐Founding Partner of Lyric. Prior to Lyric, Cameron led Spirit’s Acquisitions & Business Development strategies. Cameron was responsible for initiatives associated with Spirit’s strategic acquisitions, including valuations, due diligence and negotiations.

Rich Garzia
Vice President / CFO
Rich Garzia is Vice President and CFO of Lyric. He has over ten years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Lyric, Garzia was a Principal at D Cubed Group, a middle‐market private equity firm focused on the consumer and retail industries. Prior to that, he was an Investment

Amanda Hruska
Vice President, Catalog Administration
Amanda Hruska is the Vice President of Catalog Administration for Lyric. Prior to joining Lyric, Amanda spent 7 years as the Head of US Copyright for Round Hill Music where she oversaw the Copyright Administration for hundreds of deals. She also spent time in the Copyright department of Warner/Chappell, and began her career in Music Publishing at Bug Music (now part of BMG Chrysalis). Amanda has also spent time working with freelance clients and was most recently the Director of Royalties for Wiatr & Associates. She is a member of SOURCE, AIMP, and Copyright Society of the South.

Victor Bergman
Associate
Victor Bergman is an Associate of Lyric. Prior to Lyric, Bergman was an Associate at Spirit Music Group where he completed valuations and financial/copyright diligence in connection with multiple catalog and platform acquisitions. Bergman graduated with University Honors

Thomas Hartsock
Analyst
Prior to joining Lyric, Hartsock was an Analyst supporting SunTrust Bank’s Middle Market Lending Division. There, he performed financial diligence on a wide range of transactions for companies ranging $100M-$750M in revenue. Previously, Hartsock was a Summer Analyst at Spirit Music Group where he supported the current Lyric team. Hartsock graduated with Honors from Clemson University’s College of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance.

Abraham Khan
Analyst
Prior to joining Lyric, Khan was in the Analyst Development Program at Capital One. There, he drove business decisions through artificial intelligence and analytics in the Auto Finance division. Khan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, where he received his Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration.


Jon Singer—Managing Partner
Jon Singer is Managing and Co-Founding Partner of Lyric. Singer joined Spirit in 2011 and was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business. At Spirit, he successfully completed the company’s largest transactions, including Pete Townshend (The Who), B‐Unique, Sea Gayle, and Wattenberg. Singer transformed Spirit into a leading independent music publisher opening offices in LA, Nashville, and London, executing over $100 million in acquisitions. Prior to joining Spirit, Singer spent 15 years on the recording side of the music business in different senior capacities at Island Records, Island Def Jam and Decca Label Group. While at Decca, Singer was involved in successfully transforming the business from a classical music label to a leading adult pop label, while also expanding the label’s reach into Broadway Shows and other touring properties. Singer got his professional start as a Senior Accountant in the firm of David Berdon & Company. Singer received his B.S. in Accounting from Rowan University where he currently serves on the Executive Advisory Counsel for the business school.

Cameron was responsible for initiatives associated with Spirit’s strategic acquisitions, including valuations, due diligence and negotiations. During his time at Spirit, Cameron deployed over $100 million for catalogue / platform acquisitions. Prior to joining Spirit, Cameron was an Investment Analyst at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a multi-billion dollar middle-market private equity firm. Cameron graduated with distinction from the University of Edinburgh, where he received his M.A. (Honors) in Business Studies.

Rich Garzia—Vice President / CFO
Rich Garzia is Vice President and CFO of Lyric. He has over ten years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Lyric, Garzia was a Principal at D Cubed Group, a middle‐market private equity firm focused on the consumer and retail industries. Prior to that, he was an Investment Analyst at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a multi‐billion dollar middle‐market private equity firm. Throughout his career, Garzia has led efforts across several areas of private equity, including investment sourcing, analysis, structuring and execution; portfolio company management; fund administration; and firm development. Garzia graduated with the highest distinction from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
